The son of a USAF Pararescueman, Brad was born in Miami, Florida in the early 1980’s; but moved to Panama City as result of the devastation from Hurricane Andrew in South Florida.  Ever since, Brad has what his friends call “a sick obsession“ with severe weather.   Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Communications from Florida State University, and plans to return one day to earn another degree in Meteorology.  Brad spends much of his time dedicated to raising his amazing 13 year old daughter who keeps “me on the ‘straight & narrow’ so-to-speak.”   ALL of Brad’s bloodline runs through Detroit, so needless to say he was born with gasoline and motor oil in his veins and is a huge NASCAR enthusiast!!  While Brad’s first passion was racing, growing up going to short-track races with his father and older brother with the hopes of someday being behind the wheel himself; but after years of listening to the announcer call the race over the loudspeakers, Brad knew that he also wanted to be behind a microphone.  Later in life, Brad surrounded himself with friends who worked in the radio industry; one of whom passed away from brain cancer in 2007 at only 30 years … It was his passing that made Brad realize that life truly is too short.  “I dove in head-first to carry the torch/microphone.  GO NOLES!”
